  • Can I bring my own garments for printing? Yes, customers often use their own garments for printing. However, there is a small surcharge for doing this. Additionally, it is important to talk to us about the fabric of your garment so we can make sure it is something that will print well!
  • How long will it take for my garments to be ready? Our lead time is generally 10 – 14 days. However, if you need your garments faster please give us a call to discuss if this will be possible.
  • Can you do my design work? Yes, we can do design work or put you in contact with graphic designers. Please contact us regarding your needs.
  • What kind of artwork do I need to supply? When we convert your artwork into something that can be transferred onto garments, we use a Vector file. A Vector file is an image that uses mathematical formulae to create lines, so that no matter how much the image is enlarged or shrunk the image will not be pixelated. Vector files can be recognised by the suffix .cdr, .eps or .ai after their name. If you can supply a vector file of your artwork this is ideal, but if not we can convert your image into a vector file for a surcharge.

For full colour prints, such as taking a photo and printing this on a garment or item, we do not need a vector file.
  • I have found a garment I like through your suppliers, is there a way I can try it on? Yes, we often have customers coming into Phoenix Screenprinting to try on garments. Although we do not have every colour in stock, we generally have an item from the same supplier that uses the same cut and sizing. We can also order samples of the exact garments you want. Feel free to visit us at 14 Phoenix Street between 8:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays.
  • Can I get a sample? Yes, we often send out samples so customers can examine colours and provide something for larger groups to try on. Please contact us with your sample order, however we ask that sample items be returned within 10 days or the customer will be invoiced.
  • How do costs work? There are a variety of factors that affect costs:
Garment style. Some items are more expensive than others, for example polos generally cost more than T-shirts, and hoodies generally cost more than polos.
Quantity. The more items ordered the cheaper individual garments will be.
Print locations. It costs more to have multiple print locations (chest, back, sleeves, etc). Each additional print location will increase cost.
Number of colours. It costs more to have multiple colours in the design. Each additional colour will increase cost
  • Do I have to do everything online? Not at all! You can call us on 03 5623 2246 or visit us at 14 Phoenix Street in Warragul and our friendly staff will help you through every step of the process.
  • What payment methods are available? You can pick up your finished garments from Phoenix Screenprinting and pay by cash or card on site, or we can email you an invoice which can be payed by EFT, or MasterCard or Visa over the phone.
