custom made apparel

Using sublimation printing we are able to print directly onto the bolt of fabric before it is made into the chosen garment, providing the opportunity for seam-to-seam customisation. This is perfect for sports teams, clubs, schools and more.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Sublimation involves applying high heat and pressure to transfer specialised dye directly into the fibres of the material. This differs from screen printing, digital, or heat transfers, which adhere to the surface of the material. For custom made garments, a design is transferred onto a bolt of white fabric that is subsequently cut and sewn into the garment of your choice.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

We can only sublimate pre-made garments that are white and 100% polyester.

Sublimation prints are full-colour but do not support metallic or fluorescent finishes. Sublimation prints also allow us to produce photorealistic images or utilise actual photos. We are able to personalise garments with individual names and numbers within an order.

Our typical turnaround time is 5 to 6 weeks from artwork approval. However, this timeline may be affected by significantly large or complex orders, seasonal demands, and material availability. While we strive to meet deadlines, we recommend allowing ample time for order completion.

Please note that orders must meet a minimum quantity, which can vary depending on the specifics of the order.

Due to a number of variables, we are unable to offer a standard price list. However, we are always happy to provide an obligation free quote.

We require a high quality digital copy of your artwork however if you are unable to provide this we do offer a redraw service.

HOW TO CARE FOR custom made garments

For any custom made garments we strongly recommend that you wash separately, inside out, on a cold wash cycle using a mild detergent and hung out to dry out of direct sunlight.

Avoid ironing directly over the print, as direct and excessive heat can cause your print to fade or discolour.

We recommend that you don’t soak the garment but rather to spot treat any stains before washing.

We also recommend that you refrain from soaking the print in harsh chemicals like napisan, bleach or fabric conditioners as this can cause the print to rapidly fade.
