How to Order
Kindly note that all prices listed include GST.
Orders can either be picked up in store or delivered.
To place your order, simply add your desired items to the cart. Upon checkout, please select your kindergarten or early learning centre and complete the required form. An address is necessary only if delivery is needed.
For deliveries, an additional charge of $18.40 applies.
After your order is processed, we will email you an invoice that can be paid via direct debit. You can also pay via EFT or cash during regular business hours. If there are any issues with your order, we will reach out.
Please be aware that orders will proceed only upon receipt of payment.
Our standard lead time is 7-10 working days. In case of any delays, you will be promptly notified.
Kinder Orders Delivery Policy
When delivering kinder products, we use Australia Post. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.
Refunds and Returns Policy
For products with a major problem, you're eligible to request a replacement or refund. For minor issues, we offer a free repair service.
Please note, our refunds and returns policy does not extend to changes of mind.
