For example we can only sublimate onto 100% white polyester as this is what will provide the best outcome. In regards to other factors, these can include things like personal preference, purpose of the apparel, the weight of the material, the UPF rating and so many more. In some cases we are able to contact the supplier and request a return, which means you only pay a fee consisting of freight, restocking fees we incur from the supplier and cost of services already rendered. If garments can't be returned, you're responsible for their cost. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, errors in approved proofs, or shipping delays.
