  • Costs vary based on garment or product style, quantity, print locations, and the number of colours in the design. As each factor influences the final cost so we are unable to provide a general price list. We are more than happy to provide an obligation free quote.

  • Yes, the minimum requirement varies based on the garment, product, and chosen decoration method. Embroidery and transfers can sometimes have a minimum of one, while screen printing starts at a minimum of ten.

  • You can pay with cash or card on-site upon garment pickup. Alternatively, we can email an invoice for payment via direct debit or EFT, MasterCard, or Visa over the phone.

  • We'll gladly review other quotes but can't guarantee beating them due to our commitment to local production, which can increase costs.

  • Our standard lead time is 10 – 14 days. If you require a faster turnaround, please get in touch to discuss.

  • Certainly! While we might not have every colour or style in stock, we often have similar items for fittings. We can also order samples of specific garments. Visit us in store at 14 Phoenix Street on weekdays between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

  • Yes, we provide samples for colour examination or larger group fittings. Contact us for a sample order. Please note that any samples not returned by the agreed time or lost will be invoiced.

  • For almost all of our apparel products the supplier provides a GSM (grams per square metre) measurement. This indicated the weight and/or thickness of the material. A higher GSM value typically means it is a heavier or denser fabric, while a lower GSM value indicates a lighter or thinner fabric. 

  • UPF stands for "Ultraviolet Protection Factor." UPF protection measures how effectively a fabric blocks ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. It's similar to SPF (Sun Protection Factor), which is used to measure the effectiveness of sunscreen. UPF stands for "Ultraviolet Protection Factor."   • Yes, customers often bring their own garments for printing. However, there's a small surcharge for this service. Please contact us to ensure your fabric is suitable for printing.

  • There are a number of different factors that go into choosing the right material. Some of which is dictated by the method of decoration chosen. For example we can only sublimate onto 100% white polyester as this is what will provide the best outcome. In regards to other factors, these can include things like personal preference, purpose of the apparel, the weight of the material, the UPF rating and so many more. We are always happy to help narrow down which material is right for you.

  • When it comes to apparel, 'moisture-wicking' refers to the material's ability to absorb sweat and dry quickly while still being worn. This allows the wearer to stay cooler for longer periods of time. Moisture-wicking garments are typically made of 100% polyester and are often designed with the sports/teamwear industry in mind.

  • Yes, we work with multiple suppliers who have garments that can meet a number of different specifications. This can include day and night ware, VIC road and rail and UPF protection. Please reach out to us if you are looking for anything specific.

  • Absolutely! We offer design services and can connect you with graphic designers. Reach out to us with your requirements.

  • We are generally able to print on any surface we are able to lay flat. For example; we can print on sleeves both long and short. We can also sometimes print over seams, however this needs to be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Once you accept your quote, we'll provide artwork representing the final outcome. This includes the garment or product in the correct colour and style with your chosen design. It’s at this stage you can make changes to things like print position and size. It's crucial to thoroughly check your artwork before giving approval.

  • We can accommodate sample requests on a case-by-case basis, although additional charges may apply. Please contact us to discuss.

  • Yes, we can print the same design across various products, including women's and kids' items. Adjustments to print size might be necessary, potentially affecting minimum quantity requirements..

  • A Vector file (.cdr, .eps, or .ai) is ideal to ensure scalable, non-pixelated images. If you don't have a Vector file, we can convert your artwork for a fee. Full-colour prints like photos don't require Vector files.

  • We strive to closely match any pre-existing colours. For the best results, providing us with a sample, if available, ensures accuracy.

  • Yes, this service incurs an additional fee.

  • In some cases additional items can be added however any additional changes may not be possible. It is vital that you contact us as soon as possible.

  • There can be. In some cases we are able to contact the supplier and request a return, which means you only pay a fee consisting of freight, restocking fees we incur from the supplier and cost of services already rendered. If garments can't be returned, you're responsible for their cost. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, errors in approved proofs, or shipping delays.
