Transfers
Digital Transfers offer a cost-effective solution for intricate, full-colour designs unsuitable for screen printing or for small or one-time orders.
HOW it WORKs
Digital transfers are created by printing onto high quality white polyurethane that is then meticulously cut and manually ‘weeded’ to remove the excess vinyl leaving behind your artwork. Your artwork is then transferred onto the desired garment or product using a heat press, curing the adhesive.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
Digital transfers, while cost-effective, may not be as durable as screen printing and can wear quickly without proper care. Due to a number of variables, we are unable to offer a standard price list. However, we are always happy to provide an obligation free quote.
Digital transfers excel in producing photorealistic images or utilising actual photos. Digital transfers can be used across various items, from garments to headwear to bags and more.
Occasionally; an outline or background colour might be necessary for optimal results. Digital transfers can also, in some cases, cover previous prints, but this requires individual assessment.
Although printed in full colour, we are unable to achieve metallic or fluorescent finishes. We require a high quality digital copy of your artwork however if you are unable to provide this we do offer a redraw service.
HOW TO CARE FOR ALL TYPES OF TRANSFERS
We strongly recommend that garments are washed inside out, if possible, on a cold wash cycle using a mild detergent, and then hung out to dry out of direct sunlight.
Avoid ironing directly over prints, as excessive and direct heat can cause your print to fade, crack or peel.
We also recommend that you refrain from soaking the transfer or use harsh chemicals like napisan, bleach or fabric conditioners as they can cause the transfer to fade, crack or peel.
For promotional products, we advise against machine washing. Instead, use a damp cloth to remove any dirt or grime, and if necessary, follow up with a mild detergent on a damp cloth to lift any staining.
If the transfer starts to lift from the garment or product please reach out for assistance.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us.
A heat transfer is a cost-effective way of quickly adding basic artwork, individual names or numbers onto a wide range of garments and products.
HOW it WORKs
Heat transfers are created by loading high quality polyurethane that is then precisely cut by our digital vinyl plotter and manually ‘weeded’ to remove the excess vinyl leaving behind your artwork. Which is then transferred onto the desired garment or product using a heat press, curing the adhesive.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
Heat transfers are not as long lasting as a screen print and can have a tendency to wear quickly if not properly cared for.
We offer a variety of different colours and finishes of vinyl available. Samples are available in store.
Due to a number of variables, we are unable to offer a standard price list. However, we are always happy to provide an obligation free quote.
For sportswear and jerseys, we maintain an assortment of numbers in various colours and sizes stocked, allowing us to provide a fast turnaround time.
Your artwork must be manually checked for its suitability for this decoration method. We will require a high quality digital copy of your artwork however if you are unable to provide this we do offer a redraw service.
Heat transfers can also, in some cases, cover previous prints, but this requires individual assessment.

A plastisol transfer combines elements of both screen printing and heat transfers, offering the quality of a screen print that can be pressed on demand.
HOW IT WORKS
Plastisol transfers are created by screen printing your artwork onto specialised transfer paper and adding a powdered adhesive. Once set, the transfer can then be immediately heat pressed onto a garment or product, or it can be stored for future use.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
Plastisol transfers are ideal for one colour prints, however in some limited circumstances, can be suitable for restricted multi colour prints. Note that for artwork with numerous colours, we strongly encourage digital transfers as this is the most time and cost effective. While plastisol transfers enable significantly finer and detailed artwork compared to heat transfers, they can not achieve the same level of photorealism as digital transfers.
Plastisol transfers can be produced in bulk and stored for a number of years, ready to be applied to garments and products as needed. Due to the screen printing process involved, minimum order quantities are necessary and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Plastisol transfers surpass both heat and digital transfers in durability, however they still require proper care to maintain their quality finish. Unlike digital or heat transfers, plastisol transfers cannot be removed or covered once applied. Plastisol transfers are versatile and can be used on various items, including garments, headwear, bags, and more.

DTF transfers are ideal for full colour prints with large print sizes or large volume orders and can be stored for later use.
HOW IT WORKS
DTF transfers are created by printing your artwork directly onto specialised film, which can then immediately be applied directly to the garment eliminating the need for weeding.
THINGS TO CONSIDER
DTF transfers are not as robust as a traditional screenprint and need to be correctly cared for in order to last the lifetime of the garment.
DTF transfers are printed in full colour and can be photorealistic, however we are unable to achieve metallic or fluorescent finishes.
With DTF transfers we can print finer and more intricate details when compared to a digital transfer. They are also softer to touch when compared to digital transfers.
As there are minimums in place, DTF transfers may not be suitable for single quality order. DTF transfers can be purchased in bulk and stored in house for later use.
DTF transfers are not suitable for waterproof/resistant garments or garments that have been sublimation printed.
